Marlon Seliger, MD joined the Winthrop Neuroscience P.C. as a faculty Neurologist.
Dr. Seliger’s main function within our department is as a Neurohospitalist. Dr. Seliger received his fellowship training in Sleep Disorders at Stony Brook University. Prior to that, he completed his fellowship in Neurophysiology at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Seliger completed his Neurology Residency at the Neurologic Institute of New York. Dr, Seliger’s vast experience includes over 20 years of experience at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn where he served as Director EEG Laboratory and Sleep Disorders Center.
Dr. Seliger’s is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Medical Association, American Electroencepholographic Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Seliger’s professional activities include be on the Committee of the American Sleep Disorders Association for the Development of Risk Management Guidelines for Sleep Disorders Centers and a member of the Clinical Neurophysiology Education Committee of S.U.N.Y. H.S.C. Brooklyn.
Dr. Seliger received his appointment to Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology in the Department of Neurology in the School of Medicine at the State University of New York at Stony Brook effective October, 2014.
